My 2014 in review
It is time to sit back and reflect on the past 12 months. This is something I frequently do and review my check points.
I went to see around 125 different locations in 2014, many of them were new territory and some I have been before. The journey has been incredible and most rewarding. Photography is a journey of ever expanding your skills, widen your horizon, pushing your boundaries and trying new things. We are blessed to live in this gorgeous world and capturing its beauty in my photographs is very pleasing. Connecting with nature is vitalising and energising.
I enjoyed most venturing into the portrait space this year. One of the skills I will develop more in 2015. Something really rewarding comes from it. It is a complete different dimension of what I'm used to in the landscape space but I love playing with light and bringing out the best poses. I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity I have received this year to practise my skills and the patience I have received while experimenting. The results certainly were pleasing.
I hope your 2014 was something you are proud of and look back to and you will have an even better 2015.
I would appreciate if you spare 5 mins and review my landscape year in this YouTube video I have put together.
I hope you will have a wonderful New Years Eves celebration with all your loved ones and wishing you all the very best for 2015 and that all your dreams will come true.
Thank you for being part of my journey.
Stay tuned and join me on Facebook or Instagram for images of the Sydney NYE fireworks.
